Happy Thoughts

I've been way too negative lately, focusing on all the bad things that have been going on in my life. I think it's time to remind myself of the good things that I should be thankful for.

- Jim. For always having a shoulder ready and waiting for me to cry on. No matter what I know he's got my back, and he loves me unconditionally. (He makes me wonder sometimes....)
- Sarra. My baby sister who always lets me sleep in her bed with her when I'm sad or I've had a bad day. She always has an extra pillow waiting for me.
- Alex and Bobby. My little brothers. Despite their ever-growing teenage boy smell, they can make me laugh and smile when I'm down. Unless they're screaming. That's annoying.
- Frankie. She knows every corner of my personality. Enough said.
- Joey, Michelle, and Tyler. These three can make any problem seem like nothing. I have never had friends that were so loud, so brutally honest, and so freaking weird. It's great.
- My mother. She took on the world and motherhood way before she should have had to. I'll always love her for having the constant strength and love she needed to keep herself and the family going.
- My dad. Even though I hate him sometimes, I constantly remind myself that he didn't have to be my dad, yet he chose to be. I'll never look down on him for that. I still love him even though he angers me from time to time.
- Dance class. It's fun and keeps my mind off of things.
- My cat Romy. I love that cat.
- Brad Pitt. God graced the women of the world with that gorgeous hunk of man. Jennifer Aniston got lucky.
- The van. Without it, I would be riding the bus.
- KFC. Some damn good chicken there. I recommend extra crispy style.
- White Powerade. Otherwise known as Arctic Shatter or some crap like that. Too refreshing for words.
- Anja from Best Buy. Who else would I bitch to about work? Only she can really comprehend my frustration....
- Diaryland buddies. Every single one of you makes my day a little brighter with your diaries and notes! You guys are what brought me back to Diaryland...
And finally....
- Hot Dog on a Stick! The best cherry-flavored lemonade in the entire world.

I feel much better now!
